WiselyWise is looking for a Program Manager to manage our projects. The
ideal candidate must have relevant experience in corporate education programs
for students. Effective project management and problem-solving skills, along
with proven experience in building and managing relationships with nonprofits,
corporate CSR teams, and local community organizations would be an advantage.
If you have passionate curiosity, empathy and a proven commitment to
helping others, and have a demonstrated interest in managing large scale
programs, and have relevant exposure to work in the social sector,
locally, then we are looking for you.
Responsibilities:
- Create
program plans and work with relevant internal stakeholders to implement
them. Manage and track goals and metrics.
- Coordinate
the appropriate project logistics including pre-project development,
logistics, project supplies, etc. and provide onsite leadership at select
projects. - Project
evaluation and impact reporting. - Manage
the reporting process, working with partners to track, measure, and report
data related to stated outcomes. - Work
on special STEM education programs/projects in coordination with other
teams. - Manage
national and regional partnerships and relationships, implement a
scorecard to articulate KPIs and measure progress on a monthly, quarterly
and annual basis - Work with marketing, communications, government relations,
and other parties to pursue appropriate public relations, marketing,
recognition & awards to validate WiselyWise’s efforts - Manage day-to-day program planning and outreach
- Lead program-related communication, reports, and develop branded
collateral.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years cross-functional, cross-disciplinary
project management and business experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience in leading education programs. - Experience in leading and driving STEM education initiatives is strongly
preferred. - Strong network of relationships with thought leaders in your space, and
the capacity to effectively enlist and engage leading thinkers and doers to
support our work. - The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, provide leadership
and direction to the team when there are curveballs, and to lead with
inspiration, resilience and resolve. - Ability to influence leaders to support
program goals, build a business case to tie social responsibility to core
business strategy, and lead cross-functional teams. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with senior executives and
grassroots employees. - Creativity and resourcefulness in developing and executing engagement
plans, communications campaigns, and community events. - Comprehensive understanding & ability to define, lead, & execute
core program management processes, pulling from industry-standard expertise as
appropriate. - Strong analytical skills, superior written and verbal communication and
sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Strong communication and teaming
skills; strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to initiate and
maintain cross-team relationships. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
