The ideal future Punk will thrive working across all levels of the organization, partnering with supporting teams such as Finance, Contracts, Recruiting, HR, IT, and Security, as well as Project and Program Managers and Directors.

The Program Operations Analyst will support a variety of business and program operations activities, including project coordination, administrative and logistical tracking, contract-related activities, compliance and operational processes, resource management, reporting, and process improvement. The Punk will be expected to stay organized across multiple priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, identify and resolve issues, and contribute ideas that improve the way work gets done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative-level project coordination and operational support for assigned programs, projects, and initiatives, with support extending across the portfolio or organization as business needs require.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, tracking, and implementing projects and initiatives in support of program and organizational leadership.
  • Conduct research, create and facilitate presentations, and collect and analyze data to produce reports that support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with program leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to streamline processes and develop or improve procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service by researching, resolving, identifying, and/or clarifying issues for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use systems, databases, trackers, and other tools to maintain information, track responses and activities, identify issues, and ensure effective follow-through.
  • Analyze current processes and systems and assist with developing, testing, implementing, and documenting process and system improvements.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team across Contracts, Finance, Recruiting, Operations, Human Resources, IT, Security, and program teams to identify and resolve operational needs and improve business processes, procedures, and methods.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactively communicate status, updates, questions, issues, and potential roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Located in the Washington, DC Metro Area.
  • Ability to work onsite three (3) days per week.
  • 2+ years of working experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail, discretion, the ability to anticipate needs, and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Good judgment, the ability to act with a sense of urgency, and comfort working through ambiguity.
  • High degree of respect for confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a desire to foster and support cultural diversity.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset with flexibility and adaptability as priorities and needs evolve.
  • Good prioritization and time-management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
