StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior in Patuxent River MD. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Functional Description
Functional Description
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Travel Requirements:
- TBD
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of less than 3 years’ experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- DTS experience required
- Calendar Management experience required
- Ability to provide high level communication required
- AMS experience highly desired
- 100% on site required
Education Requirements:
- BA/BS degree.
- Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
OR
- Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 -$74,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
