In this role, you will:
- Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC) program therapists in the clinic's program, while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP/PHP program initiatives and performance metrics
- Support Program Therapist that run IOP/PHP groups, who also provide 1:1 Therapy (as Primary Therapist) to assigned program participants
- Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals
- Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups
- Work directly with the patient and families, to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge
- Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions
- Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform (Advanced MD)
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care
- Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions
- Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD
- Must possess 2+ years of experience supervising or leading pre-licensed Therapist (Masters level and Partially Licensed)
- Experience in group, family, and individual therapy
- Experience working with an array of populations, diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders

We’re seeking a passionate Program Supervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence.
Location: (Onsite) 2101 S Arlington Heights Rd, Suite #116 & Suite #185, Arlington Heights, IL 60005
Schedule: Monday-Friday (On-Site) 11am - 8pm (three nights a week with one hour break)
