We’re adding to our team! We are seeking a Project Controls to support the documentation and reporting aspects of our engineering projects.
You will:
- Assist Project Managers to monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate project planning and reporting.
- Interact with customers and vendor personnel to assure project progress to meet customer requirements.
- Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and associated costs.
- Prepare invoices, verify details for accuracy, and deliver to the customer.
- Identify and flag variances in project budgets and schedules.
- Support risk and opportunity analysis related to project financials.
- Follow and coordinate established or informal standard operating procedures and guidelines for Mission Critical business team.
- Support development of project estimates to verify accuracy and maintain data integrity.
- Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business or technical field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management.
- A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
- Travel Expectations: 25-30%

Salary: $90,000-$120,000
