About the Role

Bitdeer Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator to support the development and execution of our next-generation AI/HPC datacenter infrastructure. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our project lifecycle, providing critical administrative and logistical support to the Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, facilitating financial reconciliations, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of project management principles and a desire to grow within the mission-critical construction industry. This role reports to a senior Project Manager and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving AI/HPC Tier 3 data center environment.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Schedule Coordination: Assist Project Management in maintaining master schedules. Track project milestones, update timelines in project management software, and coordinate meeting cycles across global time zones.
  • Financial & Payment Support: Manage the payment reconciliation process. Review vendor invoices against contracts, track budget expenditures, and assist in the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and cost-to-complete reports.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain organized project documentation, including permits, drawings, and change orders. Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Vendor Liaison: Act as a point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers regarding administrative requirements, onboarding documentation, and insurance compliance.
  • Reporting Support: Consolidate data from various stakeholders to help draft clear and concise project status reports for leadership.
  • Site Support: Assist with on-site logistics as needed, ensuring that the project team has the necessary resources and documentation to maintain a culture of safety and quality.
  • Document Control: Manage the filing and distribution of technical specifications and submittals, ensuring all team members are working from the most current versions.

How you will stand out

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within construction, engineering, or a technical industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and exposure to project management tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail, particularly regarding financial data and scheduling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive "problem-solver" mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required and move safely through construction environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of data center infrastructure or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
  • CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or interest in pursuing PMP certification.
  • Experience with automated accounting or ERP systems for invoice tracking and reconciliation.
  • Previous experience working within a global team or a fast-scaling technology company.
