Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP is recommended.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project operations/ project procurement and project coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating project activities, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, managing stakeholders, managing procurement, report invoices and supporting related documents and supporting project delivery within established timelines.
- Experience in maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on project deliverables.
Mandatory Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
- High level of organization and time management capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation and submission.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

- Ability to analyze data, prepare presentations, and produce management reports.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring project activities are completed on schedule.
