The 1LMX ERP/MES Deployment team is hiring a Senior Staff Project Engineer to support 1LMX Cutover & Deployment.
Your Mission:
In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities during the program lifecycle and will be part of the team that navigates the program through detail design, build, deployments, and system decommissions. You will function as a lead to facilitate the implementation of the cutover and deployment requirements for the enterprise S4 HANA system and MES system deployment, and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a solid, comprehensive plan and vision for implementing a holistic deployment strategy. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
- Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
- Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience in Program/Project Management • Familiarity with MES or SAP • Familiarity with road-mappings • Experience creating executive level presentations • Experience with driving projects to completion • Effective communications skills (verbal and written) • Strong business analyst skills and people skills • Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders concurrently • Experience leading teams in a virtual environment • US citizenship is required due to system access |

Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $88100.00 - $163700.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $79300.00 - $147300.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $70500.00 - $130900.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $63400.00 - $117800.00
