Job Description
Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
Accountable for timely, compliant, accurate, and persuasive proposal development and leadership.
Capable of leading large, complex, priority must win pursuits from capture through to interview stage, as required.
Understands capture planning best practice and provides robust support and guidance to capture managers in development of the win strategy.
Supports U+P KSA Director and AA/UAE commercial teams in terms of follow-up of U+P ICAs execution, cash collection and other KPIs reporting.
Provides management and guidance to other project managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are provided in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and technical leads.
Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.
Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
