Job description

DynaDome is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution

project closeout.

This role is responsible for owning project schedules,
driving execution readiness, coordinating cross-functional activities, and
ensuring projects move efficiently through engineering, manufacturing,
installation, and closeout phases.

The Project Manager serves as the central point of
accountability for project execution, proactively identifying risks, resolving
issues, and maintaining visibility across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Projects typically range from $200,000 to $2 million and are
managed concurrently at various stages of execution.

Requirements

  • Take
ownership of projects following contract execution and sales hand-off.
  • Own
and maintain project schedules from engineering kickoff through project
    closeout.
  • Review
project scope, drawings, specifications, and design intent to ensure
    execution readiness.
  • Manage
project execution across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, service,
    and installation functions.
  • Monitor
project milestones and proactively address risks, delays, and execution
    challenges.
  • Coordinate
installation planning and readiness activities to support successful field
    execution.
  • Manage
project changes and communicate impacts to schedule, scope, and execution
    plans.
  • Maintain
accurate project documentation, schedules, and project records.
  • Maintain
Zoho Projects as the primary system of record for assigned projects,
ensuring schedules, milestones, documentation, risks, action items, and
project status remains accurate, current, and visible throughout the
    project lifecycle.
  • Lead
project communication and facilitate timely resolution of issues affecting
    project execution.
  • Oversee
project closeout activities, including final documentation and project
    turnover.
  • Manage
multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects
    and competing priorities.

  • High
level of accountability, attention to detail, and follow-through.

  • Strong
    problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability
to work effectively across multiple departments and project functions.

  • Ability
to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.

  • Strong
proficiency with project management software; experience with Zoho
Projects or similar platforms is preferred.

  • Willingness
and ability to travel nationwide for project support, including extended
    trips during active
    installations.

Experience Required

  • 5+
years of experience in project management, engineered systems,
    manufacturing, construction, or design-build environments.

  • Experience
managing projects involving engineering, manufacturing, and field
    installation.

  • Ability
to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings,
    specifications, and technical documentation.

  • Experience
coordinating projects through multiple phases of execution, from design
    through installation and closeout.

  • Experience
using project tracking, scheduling, or project management software.

  • Demonstrated
ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining schedule
    and execution visibility.

Education

  • Bachelor's
degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project
Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Equivalent
combination of education, technical training, and relevant project
    management experience will be considered.

What Success Looks Like

  • Projects
maintain visibility, accountability, and schedule integrity throughout
    execution.

  • Project
milestones are achieved with clear accountability and visibility across
    all phases of execution.

  • Risks
and issues are identified early and addressed before impacting project
    outcomes.

  • Installation
activities are well planned, coordinated, and executed with minimal
    surprises.

  • Project
documentation and communication remain accurate, timely, and organized.

  • Multiple
projects are managed effectively without loss of control, responsiveness,
    or attention to detail.

  • Project
information within Zoho Projects remains accurate, current, and reliable,
providing leadership with clear visibility into schedules, milestones,
    risks, and project status.
