As a rapidly scaling startup, they are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to help implement operational systems, improve execution, and ensure teams remain aligned with strategic objectives.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-focused Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize internal systems, and ensure cross-functional teams consistently deliver on priorities. This role is ideal for someone with startup project management experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and can create structure, accountability, and operational clarity across technical and non-technical teams.
The ideal candidate has experience managing agile workflows, coordinating remote teams, implementing project management systems, and proactively solving operational bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Implementation & Workflow Management
- Establish and optimize project management systems using tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Monday.com
- Create and maintain a centralized source of truth for projects, timelines, and workflows
- Improve operational efficiency through structured documentation and scalable processes
Sprint Planning & Execution
- Manage daily and weekly sprint cycles to ensure deliverables stay on track
- Coordinate priorities across teams and proactively identify potential risks or blockers
- Monitor deadlines and ensure projects progress efficiently
Team Accountability & Coordination
- Drive accountability across departments to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Conduct regular follow-ups and remove operational bottlenecks
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, leadership, and execution teams
Operational Oversight
- Conduct daily check-ins and monitor communication channels including Slack and Google Workspace
- Ensure smooth coordination across ongoing initiatives and prevent workflow disruptions
- Track project progress and prepare status updates for leadership
Meeting & Action Item Management
- Attend team meetings, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-through
- Maintain visibility into ongoing priorities and execution timelines
- Help leadership stay aligned with operational and strategic objectives
