About the Role


Your main mission: to lead the planning, execution, and control of mining projects in Africa, ensuring profitability, on-time delivery, and operational excellence.



Your responsibilities


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mining projects end to end, ensuring profitability, budget control, and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee KPIs, production, safety, and quality on site.
  • Coordinate technical and operational teams, working closely with clients and suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in drilling and blasting operations.
  • Manage contracts, financial reporting, and results-oriented decision-making.

Required skills

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Mining Engineering, with experience
  • 10–15 years’ experience managing complex projects in the mining industry, with strategic vision and the ability to lead both technical and financial management of large-scale operations
  • Strong background in financial project management.
  • High-level professional English.
  • Proven leadership, autonomy, and business mindset.
  • Availability for Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) rotations.
