About the Position:


We are looking for a Program Manager with a deep knowledge in software development (DV/PV Test) Mechanical design basic / Intermediate knowledge/ Optics / Hardware graphics, to join the Electronics Division team, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in PIVA Aguascalientes.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, etc.) to deliver electronics projects on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, milestones, resources, risk management) in alignment with customer requirements and Marelli standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary interface with customers and internal/external stakeholders to ensure project expectations are understood and met.
  • Cost & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and cost efficiency. Support preparation of cost estimates and recovery plans when needed.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks/issues, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive problem solving.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership and customers. Maintain transparent and effective communication at all project stages.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure project deliverables meet applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support and promote lessons learned and best practices; drive process improvements within the Electronics team.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in project management within automotive electronics or a related sector.
  • Knowledge of automotive standards (IATF16949, ASPICE, ISO26262) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with PM tools and software (MS Project, Jira, SAP, etc.).
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
