Position Summary

Work You'll Do

As a Project, Senior Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of learning events aligned to project objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Serving as the registrar lead for the component, owning participant enrollment, registration tracking, attendance management, and related administrative controls
  • Partnering with instructors, subject matter experts, and program stakeholders to coordinate the design, sequencing, and delivery of training activities
  • Overseeing training logistics, including course scheduling, materials readiness, classroom or virtual session setup, and participant communications to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintaining accurate training records, documentation, and reporting in accordance with program policies, procedures, and operational requirements
  • Proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving scheduling, registration, and logistical issues to support continuity of training operations
  • Providing operational leadership and administrative oversight to ensure training events are delivered in a coordinated, professional, and service-oriented manner

Qualifications

Required:

  • 15+ years of professional work experience
  • 8+ years of experience communicating with leaders at all levels across an organization
  • 8+ years of experience with supporting training or learning program delivery
  • 8+ years of experience supporting intelligence community clients
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, Virginia
  • Ability to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Arlington/Rosslyn, VA, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Arlington/Rosslyn, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $159,100 - $265,100

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
