SingleSource is looking for a Property Services Associate to support maintenance and property preservation activities for our clients. In this role, you'll coordinate with vendors, review project progress, manage documentation, and help ensure client requirements are met.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate maintenance and property service work orders from start to finish, helping ensure projects move efficiently and client deadlines are met.
- Communicate with vendors through phone, email, and text to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Review photos, reports, and documentation submitted by vendors to verify work meets client requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed notes and records across multiple systems, ensuring important information is accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Investigate and help resolve property-related issues, researching solutions and working with internal teams and vendors to address challenges.
- Review vendor bids and cost estimates, comparing information and helping ensure pricing aligns with client guidelines.
- Prepare status updates and respond to client inquiries by gathering information and clearly communicating progress.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to track work, update records, and manage tasks throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Partner with team members across departments to solve problems, share information, and deliver a high level of service to clients.
