Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and implement features and improvements for blockchain protocols.
- Develop smart contracts and contribute to the creation and maintenance of decentralized applications (dApps).

Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in protocol development with a robust background in blockchain technologies.
- Experience in developing smart contracts and dApps.
- Proficiency in blockchain-specific programming languages, such as Rust and Solidity.
- Familiarity with blockchain consensus mechanisms and experience in optimizing network protocols.
- Skills in utilizing blockchain development tools and frameworks.
