職務說明
- 負責法令變動管理相關事務/商品審閱/文宣廣告檢視/業務流程監控
- 負責每半年法令遵循自行評估作業以及法令遵循手冊檢視更新
- 協助確保商品開發、商品銷售、客戶申訴各階段符合集團客戶行為風險及法令要求之公平待客原則。
- 其他主管交辦專案。
職位目的在於協助公司營運符合法令規範及集團要求並有效控管遵法風險。
申請資條件
1. 8年以上工作經驗，曾在法令遵循部門、風險管理部門或內部稽核擔任職位者；
2. 熟稔人身保險及商品相關法令，並能以淺顯易懂的方式分析解釋之；
3. 個性細心謹慎，獨立思考、情緒管理佳，敢於建言，樂於溝通，善於變通；
4. 工作認真負責，積極主動，具專案規劃能力，能獨立作業；
5. 須具備基本溝通英文能力
