Job description

1. 负责自动化测试平台架构设计、开发迭代与运维，主导全链路测试体系搭建，持续提升自动化覆盖率与团队测试效率
2. 落地微服务、消息队列场景专项测试方案，统筹业务全流程质量管控，保障线上服务稳定可靠
3. 优化测试流程、迭代测试策略，推进测试左移，协同研发完成高质量版本按期交付
4. 参与 CI/CD 流程建设，打通测试、构建、发布自动化链路，完善性能压测、接口测试体系

1. 扎实Python功底，具备自动化测试平台从 0 到 1 搭建及二次开发成熟项目经验
2. 精通 Kafka、RabbitMQ 消息队列原理、部署调试与场景化专项测试
3. 熟悉 K8s 容器化部署运维、微服务测试流程，熟练使用 Redis 及分布式锁实战落地
4. 精通接口自动化、业务自动化，具备复杂业务测试方案设计与问题定位能力
5. 有ROS、ZMQ、MQTT机器人行业测试开发、设备自动化脚本开发经验优先
6. 熟练使用主流性能测试工具，具备完整性能压测、调优实战经验
7. 熟悉 MongoDB、Redis 等数据库，擅长测试数据构造、数据校验与线上问题排查
8. 有 DevOps 落地、流水线搭建、自动化环境搭建实战经验
