Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Python AI professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development. The role will lead cross-functional technology teams, provide technical guidance, drive technology initiatives, and translate business requirements into effective Python- and AI-based technology solutions.The position will contribute to business objectives by supporting successful project delivery, improving technology processes, evaluating new technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and aligning technology capabilities with overall business strategy.

Day-to-Day Activities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development, including relevant Python experience.
Experience with AI, machine learning, data engineering, intelligent automation, or related technology is preferred.
Certifications in cloud computing, Agile, Scrum, project management, AI, machine learning, or software architecture are preferred but are not mandatory unless required for a project.
Complete Synechron-required training and maintain continuous professional development in Python, AI, cloud technologies, security, data management, software architecture, and Agile delivery.
