Synechron is seeking a Python AI professional with 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development. The role will support the design, development, and delivery of Python- and AI-based technology solutions while providing technical guidance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and translating business requirements into practical outcomes.The position will contribute to business objectives by delivering reliable technology solutions, improving engineering processes, evaluating emerging technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and supporting effective adoption of cloud, AI, and software development capabilities.

Experience with AI, machine learning, data engineering, intelligent automation, or related technologies is preferred.
Certifications in cloud computing, Agile, Scrum, project management, AI, machine learning, or software architecture are preferred.
