Python Developer (AI & Angular)

About the Project
For one of our ongoing projects, we are looking for 2 Python Developers to join the team. The role will initially focus on maintaining an existing application and, over time, contributing to the implementation of new features and functionalities.
The project involves modern AI technologies, cloud-native environments, and Agile software development.
Responsibilities
•Maintain and enhance an existing application.
•Design, develop, and implement new features using Python and Angular.
•Develop and integrate REST APIs and other external interfaces.
•Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-based solutions.
•Develop and maintain applications deployed in OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
•Manage source code and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
•Work with PostgreSQL databases.
•Ensure application and infrastructure security by implementing best practices.
Requirements
•Strong experience with Python (mandatory).
•Experience with Angular 21 (or newer versions).
•Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
•Experience using GitLab and Helm.
•Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
•Good knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
•Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and other web services.
•Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and A2A.
•Experience developing or integrating LLM-based chatbots, including prompting techniques and integrations with OpenAI or similar AI providers.
•Good understanding of AI security and application security, including rate limiting, spam protection, guard rails, content filtering, and moderation.
•Good understanding of network infrastructure and network security.
•Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
•German: good working proficiency (minimum B2 level).
•English: fluent.
Nice to Have
•Experience with Java.
