Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate Python Developer to join our Agentic AI team. You’ll work at the intersection of AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, and system design buildingproduction-grade AI agents and services that extend human capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems powering Ellow’s AI agents.

  • Build intelligent workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.

  • Integrate with OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and custom LLMs to create goal-oriented autonomous agents.

  • Develop APIs and microservices to connect AI logic with external tools and data sources.

  • Work with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for memory and context management.

  • Collaborate closely with the AI/ML, DevOps, and Product teams to design scalable agent pipelines.

  • Optimize Python code for reliability, latency, and throughput.

  • Participate in research and proof-of-concept experiments in the evolving agentic AI ecosystem

    Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience.

  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, API design, and microservice architectures.

  • Experience integrating with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).

  • Exposure to LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

  • Familiarity with FastAPI / Flask, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

  • Understanding of prompt engineering, tool usage, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

  • Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or orchestrating multi-agent systems.

  • Background in Generative AI, NLP, or data engineering.

Contributions to open-source AI or LangChain projects.
