Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust
Python applications.
Hands on experience in Elastic Search, ETL Framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new
features.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and technical
leadership.
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews,
and testing.
Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, optimizing
applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry
trends.
 


Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or
related field.
3+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong
focus on Core Python.
Proven experience in a Senior or Lead Developer role.
Proficient in software development best practices, design
patterns, and code quality standards.
Familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask is a
plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
