Overview We are looking for a talented and driven Python Developer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and building high-impact software solutions used by organizations around the world. In this role, you'll work on enterprise-grade applications serving clients across industries such as Banking, Telecommunications, Advertising, and Manufacturing. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-ready software solutions for international clients across diverse industries. Build scalable applications from concept to production, taking ownership throughout the full software development lifecycle. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python-based technologies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions. Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system efficiency. Develop automation tools, engineering productivity solutions, and developer-focused frameworks. Work with containerized environments and modern deployment practices. Ensure code quality through testing, continuous integration, and best development practices. Embrace Agile principles and actively participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Experience Strong experience with Python and web frameworks such as Django (or similar Python frameworks). Proven experience designing and implementing REST APIs. Experience building developer tools, automation frameworks, or engineering productivity solutions. Ability to understand, maintain, and enhance large, complex codebases. Experience with software packaging, dependency management, build systems, and automation processes. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab workflows. Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Unix/Linux environments. Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support. Experience with code optimization, SQL query tuning, and application profiling. Nice to Have Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar). Familiarity with messaging and IoT protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, and AMQP. Experience working with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems. Knowledge of microservices-based application design.
