Python Full stack Developer

We at Innovecture are hiring for a “Python Full stack Developer” to expand our team, this will be in Pune & Mumbai.

·        3+ years of professional software development experience

·        Strong proficiency in Python

·        Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP). Preferred - AWS

·        Hands-on experience with Flask (routing, JSON APIs, app factory, templates)

·        Solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS — comfortable working without React/Vue

·        Strong SQL skills with MySQL (schema design, joins, aggregations, indexing)

·        Experience Creating/integrating REST APIs (authentication, pagination, error handling, retries)

·        Experience with Git and GitLab (or similar) in a team environment

·        Linux proficiency — shell scripts, cron, process management, logs

·        Ability to debug end-to-end flows: API → parser → DB → UI

·        Good communication skills and ability to document APIs and runbooks

·        Ability to use AI tools for peer coding/debugging

 

    Education

      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

 

·        Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, jobs, and artifacts

·        Experience with Jira REST API and defect/workflow integrations

·        SQL Server + ODBC (pyodbc) experience

·        Docker, Gunicorn/WSGI, and containerized Python deployments

·        pytest and CI gating / self-test automation

·        Familiarity with software quality metrics:

o    Code coverage (Bullseye or similar)

o   Unit/integration test pass rates

o   Static analysis (ASAN, Clang warnings)

o   GUI test automation (Squish or similar)

·        Microsoft Teams webhook / Adaptive Card integrations

·        SMTP/email alerting systems

·        Perforce (p4python) or enterprise SCM tooling

·        Multi-tenant / config-driven application design (JSON per-app configs)

·        Experience in medical device, robotics, or regulated software environments
