**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, and RPA technologies
• Design and deploy AI solutions for HR-related use cases, including establishing a platform for running local LLMs such as Llama2
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and automation capabilities
• Drive the reuse and scaling of core automation features across the organization
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency and business value
