Job description

岗位职责
1. 深度参与公司平台产品的开发工作，负责从功能模块设计到代码实现的全流程工作，确保产品功能稳定、高效运行
2. 参与私有化项目交付过程中的需求收集及开发工作，深度参与项目交付过程中的研发、交付及运维技术支持，保障项目按时高质量交付
3. 按规范要求，编写产品标准文档材料以及项目交付评审材料
4. 关注行业前沿技术动态，参与新技术的预研与应用，为公司技术创新提供建议与方案

任职要求
1. 具备扎实的编码能力，熟练掌握常用数据结构与算法，能将基础理论知识应用于实际开发场景
2. 精通Python或Golang语言，拥有扎实编程基础，可独立完成代码编写、调试及优化工作；熟悉对应语言的常用开发框架（如Python的Django/Flask、Golang的Gin等）
3. 理解TCP/HTTP协议原理，熟练掌握Linux常用命令，具备基础的系统操作与网络问题分析能力
4. 熟悉至少一种关系型数据库（如MySQL、PostgreSQL）和非关系型数据库（如Redis）的使用，具备数据库设计、优化及性能调优能力
5. 积极主动灵活，拥有较强的业务需求分析能力和问题定位能力，具备高效的跨团队沟通协作能力
6. 熟悉Git的基本操作和协作规范，熟悉Docker/K8s基础概念，具备良好的编码习惯和文档撰写习惯，注重代码风格规范性；对分布式系统、高并发、数据库索引、缓存、消息队列等技术领域有基础认知
