Job Description: Agentic Software DeveloperOverviewWe are seeking a motivated, eager to learn and self-directed Agentic Software Developer, to join our engineering team for a 6-month full time remote contract position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for debugging, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable systems and experiments, utilizing agentic tools to aid the development.QualificationsRequired SkillsExcellent communication with a global team and client-handling skills are essential.Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action—someone who identifies bottlenecks and proposes solutions before being asked.Programming: Minimum 2 years of experience development language like Python and Typescript and leveraging Agentic workflowsDatabases: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Spanner) or NoSQL databases (e.g., BigQuery, MongoDB, Cassandra).Web Services: Experience consuming RESTful APIs and designing systems that conform to architectural best practices.Tools: Familiarity with version control, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.Deep Understanding of Agentic Harnesses and how LLMs workPreferred SkillsExperience with Gemini APIs (or similar).Experience with Google Cloud Platforms (Or similar).Knowledge of Model Context Protocol and/or Agentic Workflows.Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Understanding of software design patterns and best practices.ResponsibilitiesLead internal workshops, tech talks, or code reviews to effectively disseminate R&D findings to the team.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems via agentic workflow.Create and improve AI-driven processes.Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions across the full stack.Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proactive habit of providing feedback and writing reports.
