Work Environment: Hybrid – NY or Atlanta WBD officeMust-Have Skills:4+ years of Product Development and/or Product Management experience, preferably with an Advertising or Marketing focus.8+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, including data warehouse, data mart, data integration and data analysis.Strong SQL experience, including the ability to work independently with SQL tables and create/manage technical tickets.Strong stakeholder management, teamwork and collaboration skills; must be a self-starter.Experience working in an AI environment and with relevant product/AI tools.Preferred Experience:AdTech / MarTech, particularly in a D2C environment.Data monetization and activation.1P / 3P data and data enrichment.Identity, consumer attributes and audience segmentation.Data onboarding and matching.Data privacy and consent.Agile / Lean product management.Role Overview:The Product Manager will support the WBD Data Platform by driving product features and strategic initiatives across advertising, marketing, customer experience and data monetization. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists and technical teams to translate business needs into product capabilities, prioritize roadmaps and drive successful delivery.Key attributes: Strong technical/data background combined with Product Management experience and the ability to bridge business and technology teams.Please prioritize profiles with the combination of Product Management + strong Data/Analytics + SQL experience. Advertising/Marketing, AdTech/MarTech and AI experience will be strong differentiators.
Key Responsibilities
2. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions.
3. Create scripts and programs using python to automate processes and optimize data workflows.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
5. Implement data quality measures and ensure data integrity across different systems.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sql, data analysis, and python to suggest improvements and optimizations.
