About the role

As a QA Automation Engineer with Network Testing (Python/Linux) experience, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality, stability, performance, and reliability of real-time, low-latency enterprise systems. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with development teams, infrastructure teams, product stakeholders, and global delivery partners to support successful testing, validation, and production readiness initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver testing activities and release validations.
  • Perform end-to-end system qualification from data center distribution through client desktop environments.
  • Execute performance, benchmarking, soak, and real-time data testing to validate throughput, latency, stability, and scalability.
  • Analyze application, system, and network behavior under load, including CPU, memory, packet loss, latency, and jitter metrics.
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and tooling using Python, Bash, and AI-assisted development technologies.
  • Validate migration scenarios, backward compatibility requirements, and production deployment readiness.
  • Troubleshoot issues across application, operating system, infrastructure, and network layers using diagnostic and monitoring tools.
  • Support global testing cycles and maintain lab environments that accurately mirror client production environments.
