Job description

 Hiring: Quality Engineer – Full Stack (Agentic AI / Python)

Locations: Bangalore | Kolkata
Experience: 7+ Years

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer with strong experience in Full Stack testing and modern AI-driven applications, especially Python-based Agentic AI systems.

 Key Responsibilities:
 Design and execute test strategies for Python-based Agentic AI applications
 Validate multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and autonomous workflows
 Build automated testing frameworks using Pytest, Unittest, Behave, or Robot Framework
 Develop mocking and simulation environments for multi-agent interactions
 Create integration tests for agents, retrievers, APIs, and ML components
 Design data-driven test cases for varied AI inputs and outputs
 Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab)
 Ensure quality validation of AI models, prompts, and API responses

 Required Skills:
✔ 7+ years of QA / Full Stack testing experience
✔ Strong Python automation testing experience
✔ Experience with Agentic AI / AI-based applications (RAG, LLM workflows)
✔ Hands-on with test frameworks like Pytest / Robot Framework / Behave
✔ Experience in API testing and integration testing
✔ CI/CD pipeline integration experience
✔ Strong analytical and debugging skills

 Important Notes:
• Candidate must be available for Face-to-Face interview at IBM location if required
• Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory
