About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality & Compliance Systems: Establish operational quality control frameworks. Develop KPIs, incentives, penalty guidelines, and SOP compliance audits.
- Risk Mitigation: Build and execute loss, damage, and customer complaint reduction schemes to hit regional target metrics.
- Ground Operations Coaching: Provide operational guidelines and coaching to local ground operations teams to improve technical and management capabilities.
- Key Account (KA) Performance: Establish workflows to maximize successful delivery rates and maintain high satisfaction for major local market Key Accounts.
- Cross-Cultural Alignment: Act as a key liaison to align regional operational frameworks with global standards.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in ground operations, logistics quality control, or process optimization (e-commerce, express courier, or 3PL experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong logical and structured thinking with high attention to detail and data quantification skills.
- Cultural Astuteness: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop local operational talent in a cross-cultural environment.
- Languages: Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required to effectively manage cross-border stakeholders. Arabic is a plus.
