• Advise senior leadership on quality risks, systemic issues, and organizational readiness
• Mentor teams in auditing, systems engineering, and continuous improvement

• Validate that corrective actions truly address root causes and prevent recurrence

Build Continuous Improvement Capability • Oversee CI infrastructure, training programs, and improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA, Kata)

• Partner with digital/data teams to develop dashboards and analytics that support transparent, data‑driven decision‑making
• Lead enterprise change‑management efforts to ensure QMS updates and process improvements are fully embedded

Ensure Compliance & Stewardship • Support compliance with DOE, NRC, NQA‑1, ISO, and other regulatory expectations
• Represent the organization during audits and readiness reviews
• Uphold a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous learning, including exercising independent stop‑work authority when necessary

  • 5 years of management or program management experience within quality, systems engineering, or continuous improvement function
  • 3 additional years of senior management or senior program management experience within a quality, systems engineering, or continuous improvement function

A Successful Candidate Also Brings
