This is a remote position.

The Opportunity:

As a Quickbase Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of custom business applications that eliminate silos, automate workflows, and drive real-time decision-making across multiple industries like staffing, hospitality, finance, and IT services.

You’ll play a key role in transforming operational complexity into simple, powerful, user-driven apps—all without writing traditional code.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • App Development: Building robust business applications using Quickbase’s low-code platform—from data models to dashboards.

  • Workflow Automation: Creating process automations using pipelines, notifications, scheduled reports, and integrations.

  • Data Management: Designing scalable, relational data structures and optimizing forms, roles, and access permissions.

  • Customization: Enhancing platform capabilities using Quickbase formulas, JavaScript (code pages), and third-party tools.

  • Integration: Connecting Quickbase with external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outlook, Google Sheets, SQL, APIs) to enable end-to-end business flow.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gathering requirements, prototyping, iterating, and training users for internal teams and client projects.

This Role Is For You If:

  • You have 2–4+ years of experience developing apps on Quickbase or similar platforms like OutSystems, Appian, TrackVia, or Zoho Creator.

  • You understand business processes and can translate them into efficient app logic and interfaces.

  • You are confident with formulas, pipelines, data relationships, and role-based access control.

  • You have experience in project ownership, working independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Quickbase Builder or App Developer Certification

  • Experience in project management, CRM, asset tracking, or field operations apps

  • Familiarity with Zapier, Power Automate, or API integrations

  • Background in data analytics, compliance, or digital transformation projects
