Position Overview:
As a React Native Developer at Sohoby, you will be responsible for designing and building robust, user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your expertise in React Native and related technologies will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that meet client requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with designers to create user interfaces that deliver a seamless user experience.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal app performance.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code adhering to industry standards.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure apps are modern and competitive.
- Optimize application performance and ensure compatibility with various devices and platforms.
- Work with the QA team to identify and resolve bugs and issues before release.
- Document the development process, architecture, and technical specifications.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a React Native Developer, with a portfolio of published mobile applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
- Strong understanding of React Native, Redux, and related libraries.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries/integrations.
- Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes on App Store and Google Play.
- Familiarity with mobile app testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with native iOS/Android development (Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin) is a plus.
