Job Description

Job Title: React Native Developer

Location: Multan

Reports To: Technical Lead

Position Overview:
As a React Native Developer at Sohoby, you will be responsible for designing and building robust, user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your expertise in React Native and related technologies will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that meet client requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using React Native.
  • Collaborate with designers to create user interfaces that deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal app performance.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code adhering to industry standards.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure apps are modern and competitive.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure compatibility with various devices and platforms.
  • Work with the QA team to identify and resolve bugs and issues before release.
  • Document the development process, architecture, and technical specifications.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a React Native Developer, with a portfolio of published mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
  • Strong understanding of React Native, Redux, and related libraries.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries/integrations.
  • Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes on App Store and Google Play.
  • Familiarity with mobile app testing tools and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with native iOS/Android development (Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin) is a plus.
