This is a remote position.

The Opportunity:

At Pentoz, we’re building the infrastructure of tomorrow — tech platforms that power industries from staffing to hospitality. As a React Native Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, developing high-performance mobile applications that run on both iOS and Android from a single codebase.

This role is ideal for developers who want to create meaningful apps at scale, work across verticals, and build a mobile future that’s fast, responsive, and beautifully crafted.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • End-to-End App Development: Building advanced mobile applications using React Native with seamless functionality across iOS and Android.

  • Reusable Code & UI Components: Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code and UI libraries with JavaScript/TypeScript and React principles.

  • Native Integration: Using Native Modules, Expo, or custom bridges to access device-level features (camera, geolocation, push notifications).

  • API Handling: Integrating with RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, or backend microservices.

  • Performance Optimization: Ensuring smooth animations, minimal load times, and memory-efficient apps.

  • Release Management: Managing builds and deployment via Xcode, Android Studio, TestFlight, Play Store, and OTA updates.

This Role Is For You If:

  • You have 2–5+ years of experience in React Native app development.

  • You’re proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Hooks.

  • You have hands-on experience with app deployment and app store processes.

  • You understand responsive design, cross-device testing, and version control (Git).

  • You love mobile tech and want to innovate across real-world use cases.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Redux, MobX, or React Query for state management

  • Knowledge of Firebase, OneSignal, Stripe, or Socket.io

  • Experience with Expo SDK and OTA updates

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile

  • Built and deployed React Native CLI apps using native modules
