Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our talented team. As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with our product managers, designers, and other developers to create innovative and user-friendly experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to project planning and scoping.
- Write clean and maintainable code, following best practices and industry standards, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues reported by users or internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, constantly seeking ways to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in React Native development, and incorporate them into our development process where appropriate.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the app and the server.
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to identify and fix potential defects early in the development cycle.
- Participate in the Agile development process, attend stand-ups, and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a React Native Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.
- Proficient understanding of React and React Native frameworks, JavaScript, TypeScript, and related libraries.
- Solid knowledge of mobile app development processes, including building, testing, and deploying applications to app stores.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, as well as integration with backend services.
- Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to quickly understand and address technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
- A strong portfolio of previous React Native projects demonstrating your expertise and proficiency in mobile app development is highly advantageous.
