React Developer
Location: India Hybrid/Remote
About the Role
TechnoMile is seeking a talented React Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain engaging, high-performance web applications that elevate our digital experience. Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers, you will help shape innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and support our mission of technological excellence.
What You’ll Do
UI/UX Development:
- Develop robust, scalable, and responsive web applications using React.js.
- Convert design mockups and wireframes into efficient, reusable components.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery:
- Work in tandem with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to implement new features andoptimizeuser interfaces.
- Activelyparticipatein agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Performance Optimization:
- Optimizeapplications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to best practices.
Code Quality & Innovation:
- Maintain high code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to industry standards.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the React ecosystem to continually innovate and improve ourproducts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, ora relatedfield.
- Proficiencyin React.js and experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing asynchronous data flows.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM).
- Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript for enhanced code quality and maintainability.
- Knowledge of UI frameworks like Material-UI or Ant Design.
- Familiarity with server-side rendering frameworks (e.g., Next.js) and progressive web applications (PWAs).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
