Job description

At Cooper Parry Digital, we’re building something different, and we’re always keen to connect with talented individuals who want to be part of it.

We’re currently looking to engage experienced professionals who are interested in joining our Associate Programme; working with our incredible clients on a contract basis, supporting exciting, high-impact projects across a range of industries.

We partner with ambitious organisations to deliver meaningful digital transformation, and as we continue to grow, we’re building a network of exceptional people with expertise across Cyber Security & Information Security, NetSuite, Salesforce, Consulting, and Change Management.

This isn’t a single vacancy. It’s an opportunity to start a conversation and be first in line when the right contract opportunity opens.

By registering your interest, you’ll join our talent community for future opportunities within Cooper Parry Digital.

Our work is varied, fast-paced, and always focused on delivering real impact. Depending on your experience and interests, you could be involved in:

  • Delivering complex digital transformation programmes and projects
  • Designing and implementing solutions across platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Supporting clients in strengthening their cyber and information security posture
  • Using data and insight to drive smarter decision-making as a Business Intelligence specialist
  • Leading or supporting programme and project delivery from design through to execution
  • Guiding organisations through change, ensuring adoption and long-term success
  • Shaping products, roadmaps and user experiences in product-led environments

We’re particularly interested in hearing from professionals in roles including (but not limited to):
Consultants, Project Managers, Programme Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Business Intelligence Specialists, Product Managers, Change Managers, and UAT professionals.

You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively, and delivering work that makes a difference. You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience in one or more of our core areas: Cyber Security, Information Security, NetSuite, Salesforce, Consulting, Change, or Digital Delivery
  • A track record of contributing to or leading successful projects, programmes, or transformations
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Confidence in communicating ideas clearly and effectively across different audiences
  • A proactive mindset, with a genuine curiosity for how things can be improved
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment

Our Cooper Parry Digital Rocketship is growing fast and pushing boundaries, while staying true to what matters: great people, great ideas, and meaningful impact.

What's in it for you?

  • Remote-first role
  • Opportunity to join our rolling associate network
  • Work with a variety of clients of differing sizes and industries all needing valued support

Feeling supported and welcomed is such a big part of bringing your whole self to work. As an equal opportunities employer, we’ll work with you to ensure you have everything you need to develop your skills and achieve your best.

Get in touch if you have any questions about our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion or about accessibility/accommodations during your application process.

For the attention of agencies - unsolicited CVs will not be honoured. We will only accept CV submissions for roles briefed to you by our Talent Acquisition team.
