Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Design Excellence: Oversee the electrical design and engineering for data centre projects, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Project Leadership: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry advancements and incorporate innovative solutions into project designs.
Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven track record in mechanical engineering within the data centre sector, with a focus on design and project management.
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field; professional engineering registration is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project success.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in or with data centre markets from prominent regions is highly desirable.
