TELUS Digital Bulgaria is looking for passionate Relocation Specialist to join our Recruitment Team - get the job you will enjoy!
Your responsibilities:
- Daily interactions and regular meetings with the relocated team members through different channels – phone, chat, email
- Assisting the relocated candidates with registering and processing all required documents
- Post-arrival support - documents registration, accommodation assistance
- Strictly following deadlines in regards to the legal processes of different national institutions
- Assisting in synchronizing the efforts of different departments within the company and systematizing received data and information
- Actively participating in the recruitment process, depending on the current needs of the company
- Ongoing support - local environment guide, medical support, accommodation, etc.
Our requirements:
- Excellent English language skills and Bulgarian skills
- 6+ months experience in BPO industry will be considered as an advantage
- Passion for self-development
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Intermediate PC skills, including MS Office, Word, Excel, Internet etc.
