Job description

Join Our Growing Team of BCBAs!

At Behavioral Framework, we’re on a mission to deliver life-changing care for children with Autism and we want YOU on our team!

We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role that combines 75% remote flexibility with company-paid monthly travel to one of our regions, currently DC or NC area, providing a great chance to collaborate with our dedicated team in person. This role offers the best of both worlds: work from home most days while still connecting in person with an incredible clinical team.

Why Behavioral Framework?

  • Purpose-Driven Work – Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

  • Growth & Mentorship – Ongoing training, supervision, and $1,000 annually for CEUs.

  • Respected ABA Provider – BHCOE Accredited, ACE Provider, CASP Member, Inc. 5000 Recognized.

  • Supportive Team Culture – Join a passionate community that celebrates collaboration and impact.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Hybrid Freedom – 75% remote, no daily driving between clients.

  • Competitive Pay – Salary up to $85,000 + bonus potential (based on impact, not just billable hours).

  • Work-Life Balance – Flexible scheduling, PTO, and paid holidays.

  • Comprehensive Benefits – Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer contributions.

  • Tech & Tools – Company-issued MacBook, iPhone, therapy materials, and assessments.

  • Career Growth – Clear paths to leadership and promotion.

Your Role as a BCBA:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.

  • Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.

  • Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours required!).

  • Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and data analysis.

  • Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification (in good standing)

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

  • Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes.

Work Environment, Physical Conditions:

  • Ability to travel monthly to our service area and main office for in-person supervision and meetings.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.

  •  Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

  • Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.

Join a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued, your growth is prioritized, and your work directly supports children and families through their journey. Visit our website at www.behavioralframework.com for more information.

Salary: $85k
