We’re looking for a detail-driven Remote Specimen Processor (Data-Entry Only) to join New Paradigm Staffing, helping support digital specimen workflows for healthcare organizations nationwide.

This role is ideal for someone beginning their healthcare journey, offering real-world experience processing specimen data, matching digital records, and organizing lab-related information within secure electronic systems.

What You’ll Do

• Enter specimen data into laboratory information systems
• Match incoming digital results with patient charts
• Verify collection dates, test types, and handling instructions
• Flag discrepancies for review by lab personnel
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality at all times
