The impact you’ll make:
As a Reporting Specialist in our Performance Management team, you'll be at the heart of the data that drives our business. Your work will empower teams to make smarter decisions by transforming numbers into clear, actionable reports. Your contribution will be key to optimizing our processes and achieving greater efficiency.


What you’ll do:




  • Create and maintain a set of regular reports and reporting tools




  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources




  • Calculate KPIs




  • Make suggestions to optimize reporting and data accuracy

  • You have an analytical mind: You’re skilled at working with numbers and data, seeing the story behind them. Analysis is your strength, and you feel confident using MS Excel.




  • You are a communication master: You excel at communicating clearly and effectively with colleagues from different teams, presenting information in an understandable way.




  • You are organized and efficient: You thrive in a dynamic environment and manage your time effectively to meet goals, even under tight deadlines.
