As a Manager in the Restructuring team at Eight Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate financial difficulties. You will work closely with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders to stabilize performance, improve cash flow, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead workstreams on restructuring and turnaround engagements, including financial restructuring, operational improvement, and liquidity management.
Support senior team members in delivering client projects across multiple industries and geographies.
Conduct financial analysis, develop restructuring strategies, and create actionable plans.
Manage stakeholder communication and reporting, including clients, creditors, and other key parties.
Contribute to business development efforts by preparing client pitches and supporting proposal writing.
Job requirements
Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restructuring, turnaround, banking or financial advisory services.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
Work Proficiency in English, written & spoken
