Localytics is seeking Rails Engineers to help us expand our analytics and marketing offerings.

At Localytics, we build analytics tools that provide insight to how apps are used and marketing tools to help publishers engage their users.  Working at Localytics means having an opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the world of apps and the richest data in the industry collected from over a billion devices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop web functionality using Rails, CoffeeScript, AngularJS and D3.js

  • Build background jobs for data processing and ETL using Rails, Sidekiq and AWS Services

  • Write unit and integration tests using RSpec, Capybara and Jasmine.

  • Help determine our technology roadmap

Requirements

  • Experience building web applications with HTML, CSS and JavaScript or CoffeeScript

  • Experience with an MVC framework like Rails or Django

  • Ability to be resourceful and work independently
