Requirements
We are looking for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) / IdentityNow (IDN) Developers to design, develop, integrate, and support IAM solutions. The role involves implementing identity lifecycle processes, access governance, workflows, and application integrations using SailPoint best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IIQ/IDN components including workflows, rules, forms, connectors, and provisioning policies.
Configure identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.
Develop custom rules using Beanshell/Java for identity governance workflows.
Integrate SailPoint with various applications using connectors (LDAP, AD, JDBC, REST, SCIM, etc.).
Perform debugging, issue resolution, and enhancements in existing SailPoint implementations.
Support production deployments, upgrades, and performance optimization.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Implement IAM best practices, access controls, and compliance standards.
Create documentation for design, configurations, and operational procedures.
(For senior levels) Lead SailPoint design, architecture, integration strategy, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, SQL, and scripting.
Knowledge of IAM concepts: provisioning, governance, RBAC, SOD, authentication & authorization.
Experience integrating applications via REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, AD.
Understanding of directory services, identity lifecycle, and access governance models.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud IAM, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk (plus).
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM.
Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile practices.
SailPoint certification (IIQ/IDN) preferred.
Experience-Based Expectations
2–4 Years:
Hands-on coding/configuration.
Basic connector development.
Support and enhancements.
5–9 Years:
Complex workflows, integrations, troubleshooting.
End-to-end module ownership.
Requirement analysis and solution design.
10–15 Years:
Solution architecture, large-scale deployments.
Technical leadership & mentoring.
Client interaction and IAM strategy.
