Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executive with proven experience in SEO or digital marketing sales. This is a high-impact role focused on driving new business through outbound sales.

This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be based in Cape Town for quarterly in-person team meetups and strategy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and research target companies within key industries (e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, professional services)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline generated)
