Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years of outbound sales experience and a proven track record in the European market.

This is a high-impact, remote sales role where you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, engaging decision-makers across Europe, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, and multi-channel prospecting within European territories (UK, DACH, Nordics, or broader EU).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach targeting European markets
  • Identify and qualify high-value leads within assigned European regions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders across different European countries
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
  • Continuously refine messaging based on European market nuances and buyer personas
