Job Summary:

We
are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive the adoption of Ansys Simulation
Software in Egypt across Academia, Startups, and Commercial Accounts (excluding
Aerospace & Defence & related manufacturing). The ideal candidate will
have 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software solutions or
engineering simulation. Experience with Ansys or competitor simulation software
(such as Siemens, Dassault Systems, Altair, or COMSOL) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute sales strategies to drive
Ansys software adoption within universities, startups, and commercial sectors.

·         Engage with professors, researchers, and
university administration to promote Ansys solutions for academic and applied
research purposes.

·         Identify and support startup incubators,
accelerators, and innovation hubs, positioning Ansys as a critical simulation
tool for product development.

·         Target key commercial sectors such as
Manufacturing, Energy, Construction, and EPC to drive revenue growth.

·         Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams
to conduct software demonstrations and address customer needs.

·         Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead
generation and qualification to deal closure and post-sales account management.

·         Monitor government and institutional funding
programs related to research, education, and industry innovation for strategic
sales opportunities.

·         Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline
tracking using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Key Requirements:

·         3-6 years of B2B sales experience in Academia or
Commercial sectors.

·         Experience selling engineering simulation software
(preferably Ansys, Siemens, Dassault Systems, Altair, COMSOL, or related
solutions).

·         Strong understanding of simulation applications
in industries like Manufacturing, Construction, Energy, and Research.

·         Proven track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets in a competitive environment.

·         Ability to build relationships with university
administrators, startup founders, and industry leaders.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills in both
English and Arabic.

·         Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

-          Engineering or Science degree in Mechanical,
Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.

-          Experience working with academic licensing
models and research funding programs.

-          Familiarity with digital transformation trends
in Manufacturing, Energy, and Construction.

-          Strong network within universities, startups,
and commercial enterprises in Egypt.
